What is Sean Carey Music's Learning Lab?

We provide a supervised learning environment for a small number of students during the school day. Students set up their virtual school work with their school, and then you drop them off here and let them get their school work done while you're at work!

You need your TIME to work, but kids need somewhere to do their schoolwork!

We got you covered.

If you're a BUSY PARENT or if you have to GO TO WORK during school hours, this is an option FOR YOU!

How does it work?

Super simple. You drop off your child at the Learning Lab in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, just like school.

*Make sure they have a lunch packed that does not need refrigerated!

What's included?

We provide supervision for your child from 8am to 3pm, Monday & Tuesday. This means your child has an adult present to help facilitate learning and provide resources to help them succeed!

We provide a quiet, calm environment in which students can learn.

We provide enrichment activities such as music lessons, art, and discovery sessions in art and science during scheduled breaks throughout the day.

Your child will be in a safe, disinfected environment. (See our COVID-19 Policy here.)

Your child will still get the social experience of learning in a small group.

A private Facebook group for enrolled parents only, available for extra help and support.

What's NOT included?

We are not able to provide lunches, so you will need to pack one each day. (We will provide bottled water.)

We do not provide curriculum, assignments, diplomas, or any academic-related directive or instruction. You will need to set up your child's virtual learning through your school district.

We do not interfere with children's school work. We only provide the childcare and access to resources.
