Rent It-Keep It!
Studio Instrument Rental Policy

Studio Rentals (including Rent It, Keep It) are a contract service. All Studio Rentals are subject to a non-refundable deposit. Rentors must provide their name, address, phone, and driver's license before signing the rental contract. (Current students do not need to provide a driver's license.)
Each instrument has its own monthly rate, which is paid concurrently with lesson Tuition (non-students must pay via automatic recurring charge.) Renter is responsible for any and all damages, including but not limited to those caused by scratches, dents, cracks, breakage, defacement, alteration, modification, misconduct, negligence, fire, accident, theft, loss, mold, mildew, animals, exposure to chemicals, and immersion. Rental period is thirty (30) days. Deposit is not applied toward Rent It, Keep It! instruments. Renters under age 18 must have a parent sign the rental agreement. No credits or refunds will be given, with the following exception: Students who have lesson credit may apply it to rental instead of tuition. Rent It, Keep It! (rent-to-own): Not all rentals are eligible for Rent It, Keep It! Eligible instruments are subject to all regular Studio rental terms until the Studio instrument value has been reached, at which time the Studio will release ownership of the rental to the rentor, along with a Studio certificate of ownership. Rent It, Keep It! service rewards its customers by transferring ownership of the instrument once the Rent It, Keep It! value has been reached. Ownership (including certificate of ownership) of Rent It, Keep It! instruments may be transferred early by "buying out" the service contract at the List Price. |
